About Us

Company founder Mark Wood has over 25 years of experience in both the real estate market and construction. In 1985, Mr. Wood earned his BBA degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, and in 1992, he received his Real Property Appraiser Certificate. Although he specializes in divorces and estates,  he's also handled appraisals for new construction projects, commercial projects, land developers,  and other clients. He is licensed as both a Real Estate Broker and Residential Contractor, and knows the intricacies of the appraisal process inside and out. Mr. Wood delivers personable and professional service to every client.

In What Areas Do You Provide Service?

We service the entire Metro Atlanta region, and many counties south of Atlanta. We provide appraisals for over 20 counties throughout Georgia.

What Does the Appraisal Process Typically Entail?

We will schedule an appointment with you, arrive promptly on time, photograph the property, and when necessary, we'll also measure floor-plans and produce sketches. We'll also do research on any nearby properties that are included in the report. If we need any additional info from you, we will discuss that during the appointment.

How Quickly Can I Expect to Hear Back?

We don't stall! We will contact you within two-hours of your order to set-up an appointment.

What Is the Average Price for Your Services?

Most appraisals cost under $400. Call to request a quote and we can determine the details based on your specific needs.
